Buffalo Drinking Game
Buffalo is less a game and more a standing rule. You always drink with your non-dominant hand. Get caught drinking with your dominant hand and someone can call "Buffalo" on you.
It runs in the background of a whole night, a party, or even a group of friends for years. All you need is a group that agrees to play.

How to Play Buffalo
The rule: Everyone playing must drink with their non-dominant hand. If you are right-handed, drink with your left hand, and the other way around.
Calling Buffalo: If you see someone drinking with their dominant hand, call out "Buffalo!" and they have to finish their drink.
Calling it wrong: If you call Buffalo on someone who was using the correct hand, you finish your own drink instead.
When it ends: Agree up front. Some groups play for one night. Others play for good, which means Buffalo can be called at any party from then on.
Tips
- Agree on who is playing before you start. Calling Buffalo on someone who never joined is not fair.
- Keep the drink small, since a call means finishing it.
- Lefties and righties both count. Figure out everyone's dominant hand first.
